By accessing or using the Solution Makers fundraising coupon platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Solution Makers is a registered Ethiopian civil society organization. This platform is operated to raise funds for the Mingi Children Support Campaign in Jinka, Ethiopia. We are committed to transparency and accountability in all our fundraising activities.

• Coupons are available in various denominations (500, 1,000, 5,000, 10,000, 25,000, 50,000, and 100,000 ETB) • All purchases are final charitable contributions • Coupons are non-refundable after purchase • Each coupon has a unique serial number for verification • Incomplete payments expire after 15 minutes • You will receive a digital certificate upon successful purchase

Payments are processed securely through Chapa, a licensed Ethiopian payment gateway. By making a purchase, you also agree to Chapa's terms of service. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

• Your name may appear on our public donor wall unless you choose to donate anonymously • Donor tier badges are assigned based on contribution amount • You may request removal from the donor wall at any time

• A digital certificate is generated for each purchase • Certificates can be downloaded and shared • Certificates include a QR code for verification • Batch certificates are provided for bulk purchases

You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Complete payments within the allocated time • Use the Service for lawful purposes only • Not attempt to circumvent security measures • Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation

All content on this platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Solution Makers Ethiopia and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solution Makers shall not be liable for: • Technical failures or service interruptions • Actions of third-party service providers • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Events beyond our reasonable control Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
